Shipping Information

Products will be insured during shipping and the insurance cost is calculated into the cost of the product.

Issa (Melissa) Brown reserve the right to remove products at anytime, except for when an item is already in someone’s cart.

When a website user/customer abandons a product in a cart they acknowledge that the item will be removed and made available for other users/customers to purchase, or removed from the site at the discretion of Issa (Melissa) Brown

Issa (Melissa) Brown provides partial refunds of purchases. This means that you will be refunded the cost of the product, minus shipping and taxes. Requests to refund must be made within three days of receiving the product. Refunds are issued after the product has been returned. Buyers must pay shipping for the return of a product.

The buyer must pay to have the item returned/shipped. Depending on the location of the buyer and the availability of Issa (Melissa) Brown, Issa (Melissa) or a representative of Issa Brown Studio will pick up the work.

Lost or Damaged Items

Products will be ensured during shipping and this cost is calculated into the price you pay at check-out.

Lost products will receive a full refund (item, shipping and tax costs)

Damaged items will have the following options

Photograph the item in its packaging and file an insurance claim with the postal service.
